Dr. Tong's Letter to Patients

I am writing to inform you that after 10 years, I will be closing my family practice as of February 28, 2023, in order to dedicate more of my working hours to focused mental health care. It has been my joy and privilege to care for you through a shared family practice with Dr. Joyce Choi at Collingwood Medical Clinic, and I am sad to announce that due to my upcoming practice closure, we will be ending the shared practice arrangement as of November 28, 2022.
